Hawaii/Florida
Due to state laws, we are unable to ship any insects to the state of Hawaii. We are also not permitted to ship Dubia Roaches to the state of Florida.
Live Arrival Guarantee
All issues must be reported within 4 hours of delivery, and accompanied by photo proof. We recommend in extreme weather conditions, both hot and cold, that you contact your local post office and opt for a "hold for pick up" option where they will contact you when shipment has arrived to their facility for you to pick up. This allows for a more temperature controlled delivery.
