PRODUCT GUARANTEE

We guarantee, with each order, you with receive MORE than the number of insects your ordered. We also guarantee that the insects will arrive in excellent health and properly gut loaded and ready to be fed off to your pet. Anything less is unacceptable and we will make it right.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Please let us know right away if your insects are not to up to the Critter Cafe standard as soon as possible so we can get it corrected by either refund or replacement.

If ordered by delivery; your replacement order will be delivered at the next delivery in your area. To make up for your troubles we will include some extras.

If ordered by shipping; your replacement order will be shipped within 24 hours standard delivery. Extras will be included to make up for any inconveniences caused.
